a) Tình huống 1 — Bạn của em không biết dùng thẻ thông minh của thư viện. Em đề nghị chỉ cho bạn.

b) Tình huống 2 — Một thầy/cô giáo muốn nói chuyện với cô Hoa, nhưng cô Hoa không có ở đó. Em đề nghị viết lời nhắn cho cô Hoa.

> Mr Long: Excuse me. Is Ms Hoa here? I'd like to talk to her.

> Student: I'm sorry, Mr Long. She isn't here at the moment. She has just gone to a meeting.
