Yêu cầu: Làm việc nhóm. Nói với các bạn về phương tiện giao thông mà em sử dụng. Dùng phần ghi chú ở bài 4.

Đây là bài nói (speaking), nên không có đáp án cố định. Dưới đây là bài nói mẫu theo cấu trúc gợi ý của SGK (dựa trên các ghi chú thường có ở bài 4: *loại phương tiện – đi đâu – ưu điểm – nhược điểm*). Các em dựa vào ghi chú riêng của mình để thay thông tin cho phù hợp.

Gợi ý các mẫu câu dùng để trình bày (của SGK lớp 9):
- *I usually travel to … by …* (Tôi thường đi … bằng …)
- *I like / prefer … because …* (Tôi thích … vì …)
- *One advantage / disadvantage of … is that …* (Một ưu/nhược điểm của … là …)
- *What about you? / How about you?* (Còn bạn thì sao?)

a) Bài nói mẫu của học sinh A:

> Hello, everyone. I'd like to talk about the means of transport I use. I usually go to school by bicycle because my house is quite close to school. One advantage of cycling is that it's cheap and good for my health. However, a disadvantage is that it can be tiring when it rains or when the weather is hot. At weekends, I often travel around the city by bus with my family. It's safe and quite comfortable, but sometimes the buses are crowded during rush hour. What about you, Mai?

b) Bài nói mẫu của học sinh B (đáp lại và tiếp nối):

> Well, I'm different from you. I go to school on foot because I live just around the corner. Walking is free and environmentally friendly, but it takes me about 20 minutes, so I have to leave home early. When my family goes to the countryside, we usually travel by car. It's fast and convenient, especially when we carry a lot of things, but it can be expensive because of the cost of petrol. How about you, Nam?

c) Bài nói mẫu của học sinh C (kết thúc, đưa ý kiến):

> In my opinion, each means of transport has its own advantages and disadvantages. For short distances, I think cycling or walking is the best choice because it's cheap and good for the environment. For long distances, I prefer going by coach or by train because it's safer and more relaxing than riding a motorbike. I hope that in the future, our city will have more public transport so that we can reduce traffic jams and air pollution.

Lưu ý khi trình bày trước lớp:
1. Mỗi bạn nói 3–5 câu, lần lượt nêu: *phương tiện em dùng → đi đâu → ưu điểm → nhược điểm*.
2. Dùng câu hỏi chuyển lượt (*What about you?*) để các bạn khác nối tiếp.
3. Có thể dùng thêm từ nối: *first, besides, however, in my opinion* để bài nói mạch lạc.
