Bài nói mẫu (Sample presentation)

Đây là bài luyện nói theo nhóm, dựa trên đặc sản (speciality) đã thảo luận ở phần 4. Em có thể chọn một làng nghề/đặc sản quen thuộc và trình bày theo bố cục: (1) giới thiệu nơi chốn → (2) đặc sản nổi tiếng → (3) nguyên liệu và cách làm → (4) cảm nghĩ/lời mời.

a) Bài mẫu 1 – Nón lá làng Chuông (theo đúng gợi ý trong Example):

> Hello everyone. Today I'd like to tell you about a speciality of my hometown. I live in Chuong Village, about 30 kilometres from Ha Noi City. My village is famous for its conical hats. We make conical hats from *la* (palm leaves) and bamboo. First, the leaves are dried in the sun until they turn white. Then the makers stretch them flat and sew them onto a bamboo frame with thin thread. A good conical hat is light, smooth and can protect people from the sun and the rain. Many tourists come to my village to watch the craftsmen and buy the hats as gifts. I'm really proud of this traditional craft. Thank you for listening.

b) Bài mẫu 2 – Đặc sản ẩm thực (phở, cốm, chả cá... ):

> Hi, my friends. Let me talk about a speciality of my area. I live in Vong Village in Ha Noi. My village is well-known for its *com* – young green sticky rice. Farmers pick the young rice in early autumn, then roast it over a low fire and pound it in a stone mortar until the grains become soft, flat and green. Com is often wrapped in lotus or *la sen* leaves, which makes it smell wonderful. People love eating com with ripe bananas. Whenever you visit Ha Noi in autumn, you should try this special dish. Thanks for listening.

Ghi chú cách trình bày (SGK lớp 9 – Skills 1):
- Nói theo nhóm, mỗi bạn trình bày một phần hoặc luân phiên.
- Mở đầu bằng lời chào (*Hello / Hi everyone*), kết thúc bằng *Thank you for listening*.
- Dùng cấu trúc quen thuộc: *be famous/well-known for*, *be made from/of*, các từ nối chỉ trình tự *first, then, after that, finally*.
- Thì chủ yếu: hiện tại đơn (mô tả sự thật, quy trình) và bị động hiện tại đơn (*are dried, is wrapped*) để tả cách làm.
