BAND 7. OPINION DISCOURSE MARKERS
Exercise 1. Suggested answers:
1. In my opinion, finance and banking is one of the most lucrative careers in modern society. Finance and Banking graduates are more likely to land a decent job (than students of other fields) based on their knowledge and experience, of course. 2. From my perspective, international internships will definitely become popular among youngsters. I guess the reason for this is that those interns can obtain precious experiences during the trip when they have to live and work with foreigners. These experiences can be applicable to their future jobs as experts in the field. 3. Personally, I think RMIT University is a good choice for me because the learning environment is highly effective. I have a chance to learn and work with foreign students, which betters my English skills. What’s more, when learning at RMIT, students always have the opportunity to practice in real-life situations.
