I/ Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to ask and answer about one’s favourite sports and games. II/ Language focus: - Vocabulary: blind man’s bluff, rollerskating, karate, basketball, shuttlecock sport - Sentence patterns: What’s your favourite sport / game ?

- Chatting - Game : Write some names of sports and games you learnt. Key words: football, badminton, volleyball, tennis, swim, chess, hide and seek, marbles, jigsaw, crossword, .... 1. Look, listen and repeat * New words: - blind man’s bluff: trò chơi bịt mắt bắt dê - rollerskating : môn trượt pa-tanh - karate : võ ka-ra-tê - basketball : bóng bàn -shuttlecock sport : môn đá cầu

- T and whole class - T.says the rule of the game, Ss play the game in two teams - T. corrects, reminds the Ss’s words and leads in the new lesson

- T. presents new words by using pictures of sports & games -T. guides Ss to read new words - T. asks Ss to listen to the conversation between Tom and Quan ( twice) - Ss look, listen and repeat the dialogue (in chorus, in groups, in pairs) - T .presents sentence patterns of the lesson and says its usage
